Hey, I’m Jess, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping clients work on supporting their health and wellbeing in ways that feel meaningful for them.
With a special interest in disordered eating, eating disorders and body image, I spend part of my time working in a mental health service in the NHS and the rest of my time working with individuals offering 1-1 nutrition coaching online.
After graduating with an honours degree (BSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics from King’s College London, I specialised in Intuitive Eating and Non-Diet nutrition, practicing through a Health at Every Size® lens. In a nutshell, this is an evidence-based approach to healthcare which focuses on providing individualised, inclusive and person-centred care, regardless of a person’s weight.
In practicing weight-inclusive nutrition, my aim is to help you take care of yourself or navigate various health conditions without engaging in dieting and compromising your relationship with food and your body. We’ll work on putting weight loss to the side, and place the emphasis on a more holistic approach to health where your psychological and social health are held in the same regard as physical health.
If you’d like some support in dismantling diet rules, rebuilding a positive relationship with food or would just like to check that you’re on the right track with food, I can work with you to help you achieve your goals. Book a free 15-minute discovery call to have a chat and find out more.
I am registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
